The ''Crash'' at Roswell

The Roswell Incident is the Grandfather of All UFO Cases . It established to The American People that they could not trust their Government and also created the Cover-up/Conspiracy that not only covered Roswell, but many other incidents. Officially debunked by The US Government (most recently as 2010), one must examine all the evidence and make up one's own mind to the question Did an Alien Craft crash into the outskirts of Roswell, New Mexico in 1947 -  Let's see......

On June 13, 1947 a severe thunderstorm traveled through New Mexico. In the early morning hours of June 14th, Max Brazel (a local Ranch Foreman), began his day. Riding out to check on a Herd of Sheep (that had been out overnight), he noticed the ground was littered with yards upon yards of small, medium and large pieces of metal. Brazel said it looked like paper, but felt like metal . He further noticed strange pieces of metal rods (looking like pieces of an air frame) likewise scattered about. Brazel noticed that a large stretch of the land appeared burned and scorched. This debris field seemed to go on for miles. Brazel figured that the local Air Force Base must have lost a plane or rocket (it had happened before). Brazel gathered up a box of the wreckage and took it to the local Military (he wanted them to clean up his property!). Brazel took the box to the Town Sheriff, made his call and went back to his Ranch. Within hours, Plainclothes Agents arrived to inspect the sight. Startled, they alerted the FBI and requested more men to clean up The Brazel Farm. Soon hundreds of Troops were on the ground, picking up every piece (no matter how small). Observation Planes were dispatched to follow the debris field. Brazel asked the Military if the crash was from one of the recent UFOs seen throughout America. If it, Brazel wanted to make cash on it (he made no quams in this statement). The Government told Brazel to stop talking about UFOs and Aliens or they would place him under arrest!.

US Air Force Major Jesse Marcell was placed in charge of the local investigation. He was told that Observation Craft had located a crashed Object with even more wreckage . There was also evidence of occupants found. Marcell investigated the box of debris taken from The Brazel Ranch. Marcell noted that it was light like paper but strong as steel. The metal also could be bent and folded only to reshape itself back to it's original position ( memory metal ). He also noted strange writing (unlike anything he had ever seen). Photos were taken and Washington was called. Local Newswire Service Papermen were brought in. Marcell confirmed that The US had in their possession a genuine Flying Saucer . Regional Command sent a Representative. While Marcell was basking in the light of Celebrity , the larger portion of The Craft and the remains of 3 Alien occupants were brought back to The Air Force Base. Safety stored in protected Government Hangers (the Base was one of the few Atomic Squadrons of the day), arrangements were made for a local Mortician (and County Medical Examiner) to check out the bodies officially.

Marcells Commanding General (in private), advised him of Washington's course of action . He was to tell the local and National News that the crash was NOT a Flying Saucer but a crashed Top Secret High Altitude Weather Program. The wreckage was taken and replaced with balloon and targeting parts . Photos were retaken. The Craft was placed on board a Military Cargo Plane (as were the bodies). They were flown off the Base. Over the next several weeks, ANYONE who had ANY contact with Base personnel directly involved with The Crash were threatened and intimidated. The Military could be controlled (of course) with Secrecy Oaths . The crash site was scoured several more times to make sure NOTHING was left (or could be found).

Marcell attempted to tell The Truth after leaving The Military. Stories of cover-up, what he saw (and held) and what he was TOLD to say, became much contention for him and his Family. He was discredited by every possible official source . Others began to come forward (many Civilian Workers and a few soldiers now older and BRAVER). They told stories of Alien occupants, described at 3 to 5 feet tall and slight of built. They were wearing spacesuit or overalls . At a time when the traditional look of an Alien was NOT known they ALL described the typical large rounded head with large black insectoid eyes. Their skin was Gray. Those that saw The Ship described a circular craft which appeared small on the outside (but large on the inside . It was in good condition considering the vast amount of broken debris strewn for miles. Drawing were made of all of these findings and discoveries. By the 1960s and early 1970s, more and more people were aware of possible Alien contact and UFOs. The average person no longer trusted his or her Government as blindly as they did in the 1950s. They questioned everything and wanted proof. Soon studies and home-grown Organizations began to rise, all wanting proof of what really happened as Roswell. ANYONE that claimed to have proof was discredited, had their proof misplaced or stolen or (in some cases) they mysteriously died. Soon one by one of the original list of participants began to die off of old age and other health problems (many of The Air Force Staff involved were early Atomic Soldiers and were dying off of radiation exposure).

In 1997, under pressure from a growing interest in Roswell and the real Truth - The US Government released it's official version of it. According to them, Major Jesse Marcell (and the others involved), were wrong. In 1947, The Government was involved with a Top Secret High-Altitude Test (for use against the Russians). The Experiment crashed due to the storm. The debris was in fact from the test. In 2002, to quell Alien Occupant stories, they stated that they were also testing High Altitude Parachute Devices. The so called bodies were in fact test dummies.

Something in fact did happen in 1947 on the outskirts of the small Desert Town of Roswell, New Mexico. Too many facts are either not explained or have been diverted to fit new explanations . Marcell (and others) swore to their dying days that they were in possession of (or saw) a crashed Craft from another Planet. They claimed to have touched things not made on The Earth. In fact, Roswell today survives only sue to the fact that it is considered UFO Central with an huge home grown Tourist business based on the 1947 incident. Hundred of book (Pro and Con) have been written. Hundred of Movies and Documentaries have been produced over the years all exploring the Case. In fact. The name Roswell is extremely well known not only in America (but The World) to this very day.
