The Cowichan Hospital Encounter

Nurse Doreen Kendall expected a calm night on New Years Eve 1970. She was working the Late Shift at Cowichan Hospital in Duncan, British Columbia, Canada. Working as Charge Nurse, she was on the 5th Floor of the Hospital (checking on her sleeping Charges). Wishing to open a window for a little air, as Nurse Kendall pulled back the drapes, she was hit by an intense, flood of White light from OUTSIDE the window! Staring through the light she saw what she described as a Silvery, Bowl-shaped Object hovering some 60 feet from the window, in the air. Rather than feeling nervous or scared, Nurse Kendall reported feeling strangely at peace . The Object had small multi-colored lights around it's perimeter. The top of the Object was a transparent Dome from which she could discern 2 Beings looking at her! They appeared Human and both were bald . They also were wearing Black, tight outfits that she could only describe as uniform-looking .

Both Beings seemed concerned with a panel in front of them . It was almost as if they were having Ship troubles and WEREN'T supposed to have been seen! After several minutes of staring at the Craft, it suddenly began to rotate faster . The transparent Dome became solid and Nurse Kendall could no longer see the 2 Beings. The Craft then whipped off - without a sound, straight up! Nurse Kendall reported the incident to both Hospital Administration (and the local Police). Nothing was said. Eventually Nurse Kendall left Cowichan Hospital retiring shortly thereafter.
