''Project – Condign'' was a British Government ''official'' investigation into several topics relating to Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs). Commissioned and active between 1997 and 2000 (oddly ''after'' the previously reported ''Howden Moor Incident'' of 1997), initially – The British Government disavowed it's overall existence until The British Freedom of Information Act ''declared'' The Projects written findings clear for Public viewing in 2005. The overall result of Project – Condign? According to The British Government, UFOs were not seen as an implicit threat to British Defense or overall ''Air Superiority''. Further, the majority of ''sightings'' were declared ''misidentified, natural phenomenon, such as Ball Lighting or Meteorites''. Other cited causes were ''Space Junk'' burning up upon reentry into Earth's Atmosphere. With regards to those who ''encountered'' Alien Contact or even secured ''proof'' (evidence) – The Project ''determined'' that the vast majority of Cases were produced by a myriad of ''psychological and emotional triggers, based on various forms of hysteria''. Evidence too, was put off to ''misidentified objects''. The Project's findings are clearly – to those believers in the reality of The Subject, false in compilation and accuracy.
