Reported to live in Italy's Lake Como (North of Milan), The Como Lake Monster is said to be a living Fossil . Based on the millions of years old fossils of Lauriosaurus (a Pleisiosaurian-relative), like Loch Ness, Lake Como is deep (1,200 feet at it's lowest point). As recent as 1946, The beast was reported as a large, serpent-like creature . Soon other sighting throughout the years began to become known. From large Eel-like creatures to crocodile-like have been reported. No photos have come to light as yet and many think it is a hoax to attract Tourism.
