From 7th Century AD Irish Mythology, The Daga was an important Pre-Christian God. Known as “The Good” - The Daga featured prominently into Druid Culture. He is associated with Agriculture, Fertility, Manliness and a host of other attributes and endeavors. Said to be a cloaked Giant, he carried a simple wooden battle club which, when swung against Evil – could kill many a a single blow. One story states that 9 such Enemies fell with a single swipe. Conversely, the Handle of The Club of Daga (if touched to a killed Enemy) – could resurrect them. Similar to The Norse God Odin in some respect, The Daga wielded his weapon with relative justice.
