Many strange encounters were reported by Pilots throughout World War II all over The World, by both Allied and Axis Pilots. Most were dismissed as ''Combat Stress'', Misidentified Aerial Anomalies or other ''explainable'' situations. USAAC Captain Gerry Casey would stringently deny the above. He experienced ''something'' which The US Military refused to investigate or even make note of. But it happened, nonetheless. It was April of 1943 and Casey was conducting a ''Blind Navigational'' (Instrument Only) Training Exercise, over Long Beach, California. Casey was to monitor how His Student performed in the Cargo Transport Aircraft. 20-minutes into the flight, Casey ''saw'' a ''bright Light, flying from The Santiago Mountain Range, in a direct path towards His Aircraft. Casey took over controls of The Plane. In what seemed just seconds, a ''Strange White Disc'' was seen directly off His Right Wing. Casey had never seen anything like this. Having flown for almost 10 years He was firm in His later belief that He had ''never seen or heard of any type of Plane like this'' Casey was determined to take a photograph of The Object, then though better of it. Perhaps this was a ''Secret Project''. He might get ''into trouble''. Casey put away His camera and flew on. The Craft suddenly took off in a ''streak, straight up into The Heavens''. Casey estimated it was traveling in excess of 7,000-mph. Nothing on Earth could achieve such speed at the time. Casey (nor His Student that He knew of) ever spoke on The Event. It was not until many years had passed that even Casey brought it up.
