The Caponi ''Alien'' Photograph

A popular ''Alien Contact'' story (that has been debunked by the best, no less), is still raging for some. In July, 1993, The Italian Air Force was alerted to an ''Unidentified Aircraft'' in Italian airspace. An Intercept Wing (Air Force) made ''visual contact'' and were given permission to ''fire on the Craft''. Just prior to missile contact, the Pilots reported a ball of light fall away from the main Craft and move towards the ground. It was said that the main Craft was destroyed. Fragments of the Craft fell on the Town of Abruzzi. A local Sculpture Filiberto Caponi claimed that when he went outside of his home, he encountered a strange Being by his door. Caponi took several photographs of what he saw . Caponi claimed that when he went back inside to put up his camera, the Being was gone. Publishing the pictures in a local Newspaper, Caponi was visited by Police (who took his photos). The Newspaper however, refused to surrender their copies. The Caponi Case is at best............unusual to say the least!
