The Burritt College Sighting of 1853

In 1853, hundreds of College Students of Burritt College (near Nashville, Tennessee/US) saw several glowing Objects hovering in the skies over the School. News spread quickly, and just about everyone was awoken (5 A.M.) - to witness the marvelous effects . The elongated Object changed in size and shape (as well as color) for about 30-minutes. All thought that the Objects were NOT any known natural phenomenon. The incident was reported to The Scientific American Journal (still in publication). No explanations have ever been given as to just what the Students saw .
