''The Book of Zombie'' (2010)

Okay…yet ANOTHER ‘’Zombie’’ Movie, with a ‘’twist’’ – 2010s Indie Horror ‘’The Book of Zombie’’ takes shots at Mormonism. It actually garnered a fair Cult following, despite average ‘’Gore Gore’’ Effects. The premise is part joke and part conspiracy theory. In a small Utah Town (of course), it’s inhabitants (NOT Mormon Followers), are attacked by a Group of ‘’Mormon Door to Door Elders’’ who (initially NOT explained), are ZOMBIES. As typical, They ‘’bite’’ and People ‘’Turn’’. The Mormon ''Undead'' are also effected by the same things your typical Mormon hates - like ''Caffeine and Cigarettes''. Scary in parts and funny in others, we eventually learn that the whole affair was a US Government Project to ‘’eliminate’’ Mormons (an old beef from History, it seems). The film ends with similar ‘’Projects’’ aimed at Catholics and Scientologists! As stated, silly, but actually kinda good for your average low budget Zombie Flick……..GIVE IT A BITE!
