The Black Volga

In an Urban Legend, popular with Residents of Russian, Poland and other nearby Nations ''The Curse of The Black Volga'' is still told as a popular ''scary'' cautionary Tale. In most versions, this Ghostly (or mysterious) Black Volga automobile, is said to wander the dark streets of any City. It is driven by ''non-seen'' or ''Shadowy Figures'' (sometime people dressed all in black) – who stop to steal away their victims to locations unknown and likewise – ''never again seen''. The Volga is always an ''older Model'' version (from the 1960s or 1970s). Most non-believers state the Legend started during The Soviet (Socialism) Era, when local ''Secret Police'' would randomly ''snatch'' their Suspects (and Victims) – right off the street. The Legend also associates itself with MANY Ghost Stories (depending on where in Europe one lives).
