Royal Tunbridge Wells (known simply as ''Tunbridge Wells'' is located in Kent, England. The Township dates to the 1700s as a ''Resort Commune'' for The Wealthy. Today, it is better known as being the ''hot spot'' for what is seen as The European ''Cousin'' of America's most famous ''Cryptid'' – ''Bigfoot''. Since 1942, The ''Beast of Tunbridge Wells'' has become a bit of popular local Urban Legend. Seen numerous times ''lurking'' in many of the deep woods, The Beast is best described as ''8-feet in height and covered in reddish fur''. Simian (Ape) is overall appearance, The Beast is known to ''howl'' if threatened. Footprints have been found – but most pictures taken over the years are ''grainy and out of focus'' (at best). In the 1970s and 1980s, The Beast was a popular target for Paranormal and Cryptid ''Fans''.
