Okay, often Horror Movies are billed with cool wording for advertising (to make you watch them). The 1970 British ''Horror'' flick ''The Beast in The Cellar'' may disappoint some. It is more of an implied ''Beast'' (in case your looking for a furry, demonic Monster). However, if you like psychological horror ''scares'' this ''oldie'' will work. Soldiers stationed at a nearby Army Base are coming up murdered. No one can figure out why. A nearby Manor Home is lived in by two Sisters (nice, but a little creepy). What we learn, is that the girls have a ''little brother''. Brother it seems is a homicidal maniac, completely devoid of humanity. As it goes, the girls father came back from World War I completely ''shell shocked'' and borderline insane. Crazy Dad (and obviously a distraught Mom, give birth to little brother, born just as nuts as Dad. After Mom and Dad eventually pass away, the sister's fear that their brother will be placed into an Asylum.
So, the girls lock brother away in the basement of The Home. When Dad was alive, He would still wear His old Army Uniform and terrorize little brother, so much that the already ''wacky'' boy would grow up to hate them (by the way, ''little'' brother grows into a 6-foot, 250-pound Bruiser). And it appears that brother would have had an excellent career as an Army Engineer. He dug a tunnel to the outside, hence His ability to go out in the World and kill anybody wearing an Army Uniform. Finally seen and being chased by Soldiers, brother is shot dead when He see one of His sisters wearing His Father's old ''Soldier Suit'' in a mean of forcing Him back into His cage. As I said, more psychological than Horror but not bad altogether.
