Archbishop Agobald was an 9th Century AD Clergy of France, who was well known for His (at times), non-traditional theories. Such theories (by any other Man of His time), would have quickly led to trial, imprisonment and death by The Church as Heresy. But it was Agobald who related by His own hand, a story which is indeed strange and to date still unexplained. Agobald traveled to a small Town of Faremoutiers. The Townspeople claimed that ''Flying Ships of great size'' were seen quite commonly in the skies above their Town. In fact, some Townspeople could actually ''summon'' The Occupants of The Crafts who would land and make contact. These ''Beings'' were called ''Tempestaires''. The Beings were very interested in gathering ''samples'' of crops, fruits etc. In exchange, these ''Beings'' gave People the ''abilities'' to grow food faster and how to avoid certain diseases. Although Agobald did not ''see'' The ''Tempestaires'', He did write of seeing their ''strange Sky Ships''. He put them off to really being ''Angels of God'' sent by Him to aid Man. His ''report'' was also said to have been given to Rome (The Church). Unusually, They did not investigate or call into question Agobald's ''sanity''. In fact, after His death He was Canonized. Medieval metaphor Or Something else. Perhaps Agobald was simply relating real occurrences which happened in 815 AD..........
