An Ancient Anglo-Saxon (England) Christian 8th Century AD ''Bishop of The Church'', Swithun was said to have performed many witnessed ''miracles of Faith''. Most noted for His ''ability'' to Bilocate (or appear in several locations or Regions at the same instance'', He was also noted for the ''Christ-like'' ability to ''feed many with little''. After His death, these ''miracles'' continued – leading to His Canonization. One other ''Urban Legend'' involved His remains. Swithun did not wish to be buried after His death inside an ''elaborate Church or Cathedral''. So The Church interred Him in a simple grave in (then) the small Cemetery outside of the now regal Canterbury Cathedral. The Cathedral is noted for hold many remain of famous English Kings, Queens and a few Religious ''Saints and Heroes''. But in the 12th Century AD, after many of Swithun's ''miracles'' were ''documented'', it was decided to move His remains inside The Cathedral. Almost as soon as the gravediggers had finished their task, a massive rain storm started. So powerful a deluge, that serious flooding began throughout The Countryside. The Procession for Internment had to stop until the rain and flooding did. It didn't for many days. As soon as it was deemed ''necessary to rebury Him'' – the rain stopped and the flooding ''receded''. Some felt this was Swithun showing His displeasure. He was replaced in His grave and a Memorial was placed inside The Cathedral – instead!
