Shul-Pa-E was a Sumerian Demon-Deity, dating to 2,900 BC. He was seen as a Chaos Entity and associated with The Underworld. Later, Shul-Pa-E was related to The Planet Jupiter. He was also believed to cause various forms of illness, to include Plagues.
