Also known as ''Jol-Pishach'' – are Bengali Spirits of Women who were mistreated and drowned by their cruel Husbands. The Sheekol-Buri will return to Earth as a ''Beautiful Woman'' to lure their Male victims to the water where theu were murdered. Getting them in the water, The Spirit ''transforms'' into a corpse-like visage and drowns them. It is thought by some, after getting a ''quota'' (the number matches the day of the month they were killed), will free The Sheekol-Buri.
