Known as The "Mother of All Seals", The Icelandic Fable of Selaodir states that "She" is 50-feet tall and weighs several thousand pounds. She can exist in both Fresh and Saltwater. The Selaodir had bright Red skin and "eyes like fire". Her primary goal was to protect her "Children" (all Seals). Finding a Human brutalizing one of her Brood, The Selaodir would magically transform the Human transgressor into a Seal themselves. The theory is that they too would be hunted and tormented. She was turned to stone by a Wizard Centuries ago, which is why Seals have been hunted to near extinction today.
