These Worm-like Beasts were said to live in Ancient Greece. Born out of the blood of The Gorgon Medusa, The Scytale had a rocky-like skin to protect their soft inner organs. They were said to be several hundred feet in length. They possessed two small eyes. Their bite was deadly and had no cure. Once bitten, their victim would slowly turn to stone. Luckily, they lived only in the most desolate parts of Greece, normally in high mountains. The Scytale needed water to survive. Without such, they too would slowly turn to rock themselves.
