 From Brazil, The Saci are one-legged Elves with holes in the palms of their hands. Known for pipe smoking and the wearing of a magical Red Cap. The Cap makes them appear of disappear at will. They travel in Dust Storms. If a human is capable of stealing their Cap, he will grant them 3 wishes. They are tricksters and can be dangerous sometimes to humans.
