''Robot Monster'' from 1953 has everything a Classic 1950s B-Movie Fan would want. 3D Filming requiring those Cardboard Glasses, Robots, Monsters, Dinosaurs, Alien Invasion and of course, ''End of The World'' goodies. Noted for it's Classic ''Monster'' known as ''Ro Man'' (a very cheap Effects job of a Gorilla Suited Actor wearing a Space Helmet''). This ''image'' has been produced time and time again over the years. Despite poor acting and much of the set being filmed in the Deserts of California, The Plot centers around The Great Guidance, a Superbrain Alien living on The Moon. He plots to destroy Mankind and take over The Planet, using His ''creation'' Ro Man (who has a form of ''Atomic'' Melting Ray. Ro Man is quite successful it seems, as He is able to kill all Humans of Earth save 8. He falls in love with a Human Female survivor and refuses to finish His Mission. This brings His Master to Earth to destroy Him (by causing Earthquakes and Dinosaurs to appear for some reason). The few Human survivors take last refuge in a Cave (which is quickly caving in on them). Cut to a young Boy who, while exploring said Cave hit his head and while asleep ''dreamed'' the whole Movie! Waking up to His Parents calls for him, He runs to them. Soon after, The Great Guidance comes stumbling from the Cave, arms raised in His best ''zombie walk''. Silly yes, but worth some very good ''giggles''.
