Of ''Song and Story'' – ''Queen Medb'' was Liege of The Connacht (Ireland). Said to have been a ''Warrior Queen'' of the 1st Century AD. Although no real evidence exists of Her having lived, it was said She had a ruthless streak. Some cite that She was in fact a Supernatural Being (in reality) and Queen of The ''Fairy People''. Having magical powers to ''control the minds of Men'', Medb would serve as the ''foil'' for the supposed ''insanity'' of William Shakespeare's Mercutio of ''Romeo and Juliet''.
