According to Ancient (and Modern) Chinese Spirituality, One's ''Qi'' is the Lifeforce that all living things have. Not related to The Soul, The Qi Energy is said to be tangibly emitted by exhaling One's breath (oxygen). The translation of ''Qi'' literally means ''Air''. This air – when regulated thru Meditation and other related Spiritual or Martial Arts Disciplines, ''focuses'' Power. ''Qi'' is an off-shoot of Taoism, which dates back to 3rd Century BC China.
