The term ''Psionics'' is seen as a ''Fringe Science'' Belief which can trace it's origins to the 1950s and ''Science-Fiction'' Writing. It deals with the application of ''Modern'' Engineering principles and applications to the study of various Mental abilities associated with Extrasensory Perception, Telepathy and Psychokinesis. Such ''revealed'' abilities in certain Humans was thought to be tested - and eventually ''harnessed'' by virtue of machinery. Such power could be used to control machinery and eventually lead to the ''creation'' of Cybernetic Beings (Part-Human and Part-Machine). Throughout the 1960s and 1970s, various pseudo-scientific experiments were conducted by various Labs through The World, in an attempt to ''prove'' Psionics. Much was proven false or ''Fringe Theory Science'', but some examples are to say the least....''intriguing'' (measurements of Brain Wave activity in various conditions, ''Mind Reading'' and Remote Viewing etc).
