From the Files of the ''Totally Strange'' – This Tale comes from Abisko, Sweden and 2019. Hundreds (if not Thousands), reported to Authorities and News Stations, of witnessing as many as 15 series of ''strange Blue Lights'' that were ''moving thru'' an even stranger ''luminous cloud''. The bizarre ''Light Show'' was on the range of a major ''Hollywood Special Effects'' Film Project. Except it wasn't. The Lights at times appeared ''controlled'', leading many to assume that it was – at best, an ''Alien Invasion''. Enter The Andoya Space Center and their ''explanation'' of ''Project: Azure''. A series of Missile Tests were conducted in the skies to measure and calculate the ''Northern Lights'' Phenomenon. The resulting release of gases and chemicals is what ''caused'' the interaction witnessed. Or at least that is the ''official'' response. The ''experiment'' has not been repeated.
