Her imprecise Origins (before the 1st Century BC by most accounts), places ‘’Ops’’ as a Sabine (Italian) Religious Deity. Relating to The Harvest and Fertility, Ops was venerated the entirety of Ancient Italy. The earlier Greeks adopted Her as ‘’Rhea’’ (a Goddess of similar traits). Also personified by a Corn Husk and later a ‘’Queen’’ (Royalty), some Scholars liken Ops to an early version of The Gaia (Earth Mother) Concept.
