In Celtic Mythology, ‘’Niskai’’ was  classification of Water Spirit. Both ‘’Good and Evil’’, They were (by and large) ‘’invisible’’ to the Human eye. Their were Male and Female versions and were akin to the traditional Fairy creatures of myth and literature. In fact, The Niskai were ‘’used’’ to illustrate cautionary tales. Later, The Niskai would take a different form, as a type of ‘’conjured Neo-Pagan Goddess’’, capable of granting power relating to ‘’Earth Magic’’.
