In Thai Cultural Beliefs – a ''Nang Kwak'' is a ''specialized Spirit'', possibly related to The Goddess of Rice – ''Mae Po Sop''. The Nang Kwak is ''summoned'' to protect both Households and Businesses. The Spirit is a ''Twin'' – which is seen as ''Good Luck''. Both wear the color Red (also seen as Fortune). A silk screen Icon is often displayed either on a window or an interior wall.
