A common Myth of many South American Coastal Countries, The Munuane were considered Water Demons. They are humanoid in appearance, with a Fish-like head and white or grey flowing hair. Their most telling feature is that their eyes are not located in their head - but on their knees! They were considered the "Masters of The Sea". Their main mission was to protect fish and other Ocean life from being over hunted. If they caught fishermen abusing their catch quotas, they would attack their boat and sink it. They could also summon storms to do this as well. Any fisherman who did not drown, The Mumuane would shoot them down with their bows and arrows.
