Moroi

Related to The Vampire Myth (which dominates most Romanian Folk Tales), The Moroi is more of a Phantom. Like The Vampire, they feed of the Lifeforce (Energy) of their Victims. There are Male and Female versions. Inhabiting The Grave, they exit at Night in search of their Prey. It is said that The Moroi were conceived by The Strgoi (a Vampire/Werewolf Hybrid). They can impregnate Human Females (who will slowly become covered with thick hair all over). The Moroi can shape-shift into both Human or animal form (they prefer that of a Bear). They can be controlled by The Strigoi.
