An ancient belief among Pagan and Folk Magic Practices – ''Moon Magic'' (or Lunar), is seen as one of the most powerful form of invoking magic and it's associated ability to retain such. It was thought, that The Moon and it's various Lunar Cycles, invoked great ''changes'' upon those who practiced Ritual Magic (Folk, etc). The powerful ''forces'', reacting upon the person both practicing or casting a Spell – and the person so directed against, was at it's zenith. It was from this, most Writers derived that Witchcraft and Folk Magic was performed in the ''light'' of a ''Full Moon'', seen as ''ominous and Satanic'' in nature.
