 This creature is reputed to live in The Gobi Desert (Mongolia). They are said to be bright Red in color and 2 to 5 feet long. Said to have a corrosive fluid inside (not blood), it will kill on contact. In addition, The Death Worm is capable of emitting an electrical charge as well. Europeans first heard the story around 1926 from local Clansmen. The Death worm had no eyes or nostrils. They have a sucker-like mouth for taking in food. The use vibrations to detect prey. They are most active in the hotter months in the Desert (June and July). They burrow down and live in small tunnels. They have no real natural enemies.
