Millalobo

The mythical species known as The Millalobo is indicative of Chilean fable. It is a story told for many generations by Coastal dwellers. As the origins of the creature began The Creator made The Millalobo as a type of Ruler over all Merpeople (Mermaids and Mermans). They were said to be a mix of both Human Female and Mercreature. They were generally peaceful to any Human contact, but they did take great pains to avoid any contact. It was said if a Fisherman caught a Millalobo (by accident) and promptly released it, would be granted three wishes. However, if the captured Millalobo was harmed or killed great misfortune would befall the Offender.
