According to Polynesian Mythos, ''Losi'' was a Giant ''Demi-God'' whose task was to catch fish for The Gods. He was a Trickster as well. Losi taught Man ''how to'' Fish, with Polynesian Fisherman often still making offerings to Him before they harvest their catch.
