 These Vampiric creatures are Native to The Philippines. They were said to resemble human females save their enormous hands and long black claws! They live off the blood of new-born infants (and were blamed for a Village's infant mortality rate). It is said that if one can capture one, they can be domesticated in an unusual way. One must cut off her nails and stuff them into a hole made in her neck. She will then become harmless and serve the one who did the trim ! Unfortunately, this must be done often if the nail grow back to full length, The Langsuir will revert back into a blood drinking monster!
