Seen in a variety of 14th/15th Century European nations, this device was truly cruel. A simple long legged stool (made of wood and similar to a modern bar stool with regards) - instead of a seat, a mid-sized sharpened pyramid shaped (or conical) protrusion was installed (made of wood or iron). The Victim was placed in a harness (around their waist). The victims arms and hands were tied. Raised on up and directly over The Judas Chair, their body (buttocks for a man, genitalia for a woman). Slowly, the victim would be lowered onto the protrusion. At some point, stretching and intense pressure to the organs would cause severe injury. Death was actually not the goal (information and confessions were). No doubt however, sepsis and related infections would make very quick work of any "survivors" of The Judas Chair.
