 An Icelandic Legend, The Jolakotturinn is also known as The Christmas Cat . This kitty is neither is no relation to Pretty Kitty . An old story states that people who worked hard all Holiday Season would receive new clothes (as the ultimate and most functional gift hard working Families would give and receive). Those who were lazy and did not work hard were visited by The Christmas Cat . They will enter into one's home (via Santa's entrance, of course). Once inside, they proceed to eat the lazy Family. It was said the Legend was one way to get Icelandic children to do their chores.
