''Jima''

According to The Wari (an indigenous Peoples of the Amazon), The ‘’Jima’’ are very dangerous Spirits. Said by Legend to be The ‘’Souls’’ of those who lived an ‘’Evil Life’’, in their death – so too are They Evil. Living in the Rain Forests, The Jima are often said to resemble ‘’smoke’’ (or rather no form). This is said to be another result of Their ‘’wicked Life’’. Without a ‘’body’’ (or even the perception of One), The Jima are very angry when They come across a ‘’Living’’ Person. It is said that The Jima ‘’rise up from the ground’’ and ‘’try to grab the Soul of The Living’’. Once ‘’removed’’, Jima’s hope they can possess the now vacant body and ‘’live again’’. However, The Jima cannot remain very long and must leave the ‘’now’’ dead and soulless corpse.
