From Northern Spain (Basque), The Jentilak were said to be a Race of Giants which were said to pre-date Christianity. They wer said to be 12 to 15-feet tall, with some weighing as much as 1,600-pounds. Many of Northern Spain's Neolithic ''monuments'' are said to have been built by The Jentilak Race. The Jentilak were said to have invented the cultivation of Wheat as well as most early innovations important to the evolution of Man. It was even told that it was The Jentilak who helped to defeat The Knight Roland at The Battle of Roncevaux in 778 AD. The Jentilak were said to have vanished into a ''cloud'' one day possibly returning to their original ''home''. This links some of their ''legends'' to Ancient Astronaut or Alien habitation on Earth Eons ago. Only one of The Jentilak remained however, and He was linked to several Christmas rituals by The Basque, who make straw figurines of The Jentilak towards the end of the year.
