JANAP 146-E

The document known as The "Joint Army, Navy, Air Force Publication" (JANAP), #146-E - was published on March 19, 1954. It was revised by Federal Authorities in 1969 and again in 1977. Considered "Classified - Need To Know", the document was De-Classified and made available to The US Public in 2011 (by virtue of The Public Freedom of Information Act, 1974". It was NOT redacted. The document is unique in several ways. First. It classified as "reporting procedure" and investigations policy for "Aerial and Land based threats to National Security". The word and or phrase "UFO/Unidentified Flying Object", appears heavily. Reading more like a document detailing "scientific procedure" in explaining away UFO contact (and it's impact in Civilians), but it never once "discounts" them. This document "existed at a time when The US Government flatly denied the existence of UFOs and "Alien" Contact. "Signed off" on by The Joint Chiefs of Staff (The Pentagon, the 127-page document clearly "passes" responsibility over to The CIA and NSA (National Security Administration). In 2008, The JANAP Document was considered "outdated", replaced by a more "Super Secret" document (allegedly). Imagine what that "document" must say.....
