 Another supernatural creature mentioned in the many animal fables of The Zulu Peoples of South Africa, The Impundulu is a bird-like creature said to be 5 feet long with a 12 foot wingspan. The creature has the ability to summon thunder and lighting. They will also take human form and serve as Guards for local Witches and Witch Doctors. Known to be blood drinkers, The Impundulu lay eggs (that if eaten) will cure all ills.
