Hitosume Kozo

 From Feudal Japan, is the story of a race of supernatural Child Spirits called The Hitosume Kozo. The are small (3 feet tall) and bald. Their most striking feature is that they have but I large eye in the center of their face!. They like to shock people, but popping up unexpectedly . They are considered a harmless Trickster Spirit . Normally though of as good luck (as long as you show no anger towards their pranks ), by continuing to ignore them, they will eventually move one to another human.
