''Godzilla vs Megalon'' (1973)

''Megalon'' is from The Godzilla Universe of Japanese Monsters. ''It'' first appeared in the 1973 film ''Godzilla vs Megalon''. Best described as a Humanoid, Beetle-Like Creature, ''Megalon'' was an Ancient ''God'' of a Lost Kingdom. A natural mutation which was not created by Atomic Testing (a popular theme in Godzilla Films), ''Megalon'' is rather slow (low intelligence). However, ''It'' is very strong and gives Godzilla a run for His money through the film. A fire breather, ''Megalon'' would be beaten by Our Hero ''Lizard'' just barely. Megalon never appeared again in sequels.
