Another phenomenon of the mid to late 1940s were Ghost Rockets . These strange Objects have been explained as everything from Top Secret Nazi Rockets and Missiles to misidentified Meteors. First filmed in Sweden, The Ghost Rockets were verified by MANY Radar installations Worldwide. It is estimated that over 2,000 sightings and reports were made. The Ghost Rockets were sometimes classified with American reports of Foo Fighters and Green Fireballs . Although not always, many of the reported Ghost Rockets were said to appear to be under control . They resembled a rocket contrail when in flight. To date no real evidence of wreckage or debris has been found.
