From Basque Spain is the Legend of The Galtzagorriak. These are Elvish-humanoid creatures, noted for their love of Red trousers and Red caps. These beings are said to be for hire to do work for humans. The caution is that they require high payment for their good employment normally a small child (in which they will turn into A Galtzagorriak.
