Fin Folk

 From Scotland's Orkney Islands, comes the Legends of The Fin Folk. Their myths are possibly pre-Celtic in origin. They are a race of being known as The Finfolkaheem . Very little is known of their origins. They are a form of Mer-People, that consider themselves to be superior to Man. So much so, that they regularly kidnap humans to serve as their slaves. They kidnap Fishermen and young Girls (who will serve as their Spouses). They live in an undersea Kingdom (which glows at night) and can be seen from shore. They imitate human life, by having houses and furniture. One a captive is taken, they too will become a Fin Folk (grow a tail). The Fin Folk are humanoid in appearance, but have a horrible looking face.
