Regardless if The Feraliminal Lycanthropizer ever existed, it is without a doubt a terrifying Device. Said to have been born out of The Cold War, it was designed to be used against The Soviet Union, by using Volunteers willing to be turned into homicidal murdering maniacs. The Device (created from so-called Nazi German Scientists as a Wonder Weapon ), was in essence a large Television Device. Using a pattern of non-stop pictures of violence and violent acts, the Viewer (who was securely strapped to a chair, head and eyes firmly locked forward), were also subjected to a non-stop series of brain altering sounds. Both frequencies were designed to strip away all layers of humanity , reverting the Viewer to an almost animal like state. One suitably re-wired (which was said to be irreversible), he could be set loose (by parachute) into Enemy Territory. From here, the Soldier would do as much damage as possible to a Civilian populace. The end result was of course, his capture and impending death (by Police, Military etc). The goal was to air drop MANY such conditioned such Soldiers. The Program (said to have been created by The CIA), was supposed to exist around the mid to late 1960s. However no redacted Documents have come to light, with most stories of the Device s existence coming from unquotable Sources.
