Eloko

A Tribal tale out of Central Africa (The Congo and Zaire), The Eloko (sometimes referred to as "Biloko") - are fierce, drawf-like creatures. Roughly 4 to 5 feet tall, The Eloko live in dense jungle. Said to possess "great magic", they are said to be "Ancestor Spirits" (angered by how their lands resources are squandered). They have no hair on their bodies, but wild grass grows on them, providing them with "clothes" of sorts. They carry weapons made from the bones of improperly slaughtered animals. The Eloko are carnivorous and will eat humans. It is said that they can open their mouths so wide, as to swallow their prey whole! In rare cases that The Eloko take their time with a meal, they have shark-like teeth to rend their victims to bits!
