 A mythical creature from Germany The Elewtritsch is a Quail (Bird)-like creature, MUCH bigger than one would expect. Often described as several hundred pounds, the creature is said to have Antlers and non-flying wings. Aggressive, The Elwetritsch was often considered a Rite of Passage bird for young hunters. Many cite that they do not exist and are akin to America's Snipe stories (again another Rite of Passage or young hunters).
