El Petizo

 Seen and reported in Argentina, South America El Petizo is an Entity known for attacking Hikers who stray off well marked paths in many of Argentina's mountains. The creature is described as semi-humanoid with long talon-like claws. Sometimes, El Petizo is described as shadowy and indistinct in form and appearance. Whatever the case, MANY Hikers have returned with deep gashes on their bodies from encounters. El Petizo will only attack single people (not in groups). The legend goes back several hundred years, regionally.
