Dulhath

A Middle Eastern Fable, The Dulhath go back to The Ancient Semnites. They were described as a cross between an Ostrich and a Jinn. They are very cunning and evil. There are two possible types of Dulhath. The first, were Coastal dwellers. They controlled storms at Sea. Waiting for ships to come by, they would conjure a storm and sink the hapless Ship (consuming the drowning Sailors). Another form, were Land dwellers. More cunning, they camouflaged themselves as Old Men, in need of help or aid - on deserted roads. When one went to help them, they would assume their true form (including their razor sharp talons).
